Maintenance Planner/Scheduler role is in support of the JLL Asset Management journey towards a World Class Maintenance organization. This industry standard role provides more efficient means of managing facilities maintenance and associated maintenance labor, freeing hours for additional business priorities. Planning & scheduling for all maintenance and operations encompassed in the CMMS platform.

What is your day to day?
Using industry & client best practices: Plans, schedules, coordinates, and assigns all frequency and work type maintenance activities for engineering department.
Optimizes maintenance inventory by balancing workload to labor availability
Complies with all client CMMS standards and specifications to ensure database integrity and standardization.
Manages/supports asset maintenance parts ordering process
Collects data and collaborates with operations team to optimize maintenance programs.
Maintains liaison with facilities technicians and other management regarding work execution and scheduling.
Supports asset information tracking, spare parts inventory, ordering, and documentation.
Continuous improvement of the work planning and scheduling process through the review and use of maintenance metrics, analysis of work order flow, project demands and expectations.
Identify open, unscheduled and/or unassigned work by running prescribed work order queries. Identify gaps for improvements.
Partnership and participate in cross-functional meetings, communicate plans and schedules for the day/week of maintenance activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired experience and technical skills
4+ years' experience scheduling and planning maintenance for large-scale, complex systems.
Experience using Corrigo or other CMMS system highly preferred
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and life safety monitoring and control systems.
Customer service-oriented attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, prioritization, and computer skills
Ability to multitask without direct supervision
Ability toto plan and manage work under time constraints
