OVERVIEW:

Do you have an inquiring mind and enjoy developing innovative ideas? Can you encourage other people and empower them to achieve common goals? Then join us as a project manager for international packaging projects and focus on our client and consumer needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Representing Packaging Development, you'll work together closely with our Marketing, Research and Development, and Supply Chain units on launch/relaunch projects, developing new products and optimizing existing solutions.
  • You'll demonstrate your innovative strengths and aim for execution to consistently set new standards for design, functionality, and costs.
  • You'll also put manufacturing and filling processes for existing packaging solutions under the microscope, identifying and pursuing opportunities for optimization (costs, quality, efficiency).
  • Of course, you'll be up to date with current business trends and the competition, too, and will share your findings in your work and with the team
  • Support packaging related laboratory and pilot production activities according to GMP

  • Supply Chain partners (project managers, line mechanical engineers, procurement, Quality Management etc)
  • Analytical Development, Clinical Supplies, Formulation Development, pilot plant
  • Regulatory

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science with 5 years of experience in Packaging Development
  • Master of Science 5 years' experience in Packaging Development (preferred)
  • Ph.D. in Science related area and 2-year experience (nice to have)
  • 10% travel
