Mini Bar Services Coordinator - The Cosmopolitan

As a Mini Bar Services Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the mini bar financial effort. Your role is essential to optimizing revenue and minimizing debt.You will also serve as the main point of contact for all department related inquiries.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Review charges/credits in the Mini Bar Suspense/Dispute accounts

• Move credits/charges to the correct guest folio

• Settle guest accounts accordingly and in a timely manner

• Research variances to ensure charges are posted correctly

• Work closely with the accounting team

• Answer telephones and respond to general inquiries

• Direct work orders and guest requests pertaining to the Mini bar to corresponding departments

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Six months of customer service experience

• Six months accounting or finance experience

• Proficient computer skills with emphasis on excel

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), HotSOS, BarTech systems or similar platforms

• Ability to work varied schedule, to include weekends and holidays
