Location: This position will be in office, with opportunity to work full remote after training as well as in our La Grange, KY office.

About the Opportunity

At NewCo, we're constantly reimagining what's possible in our industry-creating disruptively simple, powerfully clear ways to maximize our clients' financial outcomes today and drive down healthcare costs tomorrow. As part of the Subrogation Division, the Validation Specialists utilize casualty insurance claim data, court websites, and other databases to confirm and enrich third-party liability and workers' compensation cases. Additionally, Validation Specialists review documentation sent to us from an outside party to determine distribution priorities of those files. This role builds a foundation of knowledge that supports future advancement.

What you'll do



  • Reviews data from various insurance data sources in PDF format or through access to web portals
  • Documents accurately the data gathered in the investigation process
  • Meets daily production quotas
  • Uses multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently



What experience you bring (Role Requirements)



  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the health insurance, legal, property and casualty or related fields is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt to new tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Word and Excel proficiency required

Pay: This is a non-exempt position (hourly)
