Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Engagingly process candidates through the candidate workflow including but not limited to: reviewing applicants, sourcing active and passive candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting initial screening, provide interview details and instructions, greet candidates for interviews, communicate interview process status, verifying references, assist with facilitating offers of employment and running background check.
  • Support full cycle recruitment activities within theTalent & Culturedepartment and ensure company policiesare followed
  • Management of benefits, benefits billing and open enrollment.
  • Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Assists Talent & Culture with administration and support, additional projects and other duties as assigned as required
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of human resources leadership experience required
  • Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff
  • The ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues of all levels
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas
  • Ability to read & write in Spanish is a plus
