988 Shift Supervisor (Olympic Suicide Prevention Center) This position is fully remote. The schedule is Tuesday and Friday 6:30pm-2:30am PST and Saturday 6:30pm-10:30pm PST, totaling 20 hours a week. This role requires a 4-week, 40-hour per week training at the start of employment. Training occurs Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. The pay for this position is $28.00 per hour with a $5.00 overnight differential. Summary As a 988 Shift Supervisor, you will supervise our Suicide Prevention Center's crisis counselors during their shifts. You will ensure they comply with program standards, contracts, policies, procedures, and guidelines, maintaining the quality and effectiveness of crisis intervention services. Primary Duties
