RN Surgery (Ambulatory)

Full Time (0.8 or 0.9 FTE Available!)

*The unit operates Monday - Friday with no weekend, holiday, or on-call shifts! *

*$10,000.00 New Hire Sign-on Bonus Available for full time (0.8 FTE or higher) positions!*

• Provides comprehensive pre-op and post-op care for patient of all ages undergoing surgical procedures.
• Prepares patients for surgery, conducts assessments, and provides necessary education.
• Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth transitions in patient care from pre-op to post-op and discharge, coordinating follow-up appointments and any necessary home care services.

Education:

• Diploma from an RN program.

License(s)/Certification(s):

• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.
• Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must possess and maintain ACLS
