Job Purpose
The Senior Director, Global Real Estate & Facilities will lead the execution of the real estate and facility strategies. The Sr. Director, Global Real Estate & Facilities is involved with site acquisition, underwriting, entitlements, land planning, architectural and design decisions, construction, financing, marketing strategy, lease-up, and all other aspects of development. Always focused on our brand presence in our business markets, a successful leader in this role will leverage new and existing relationships with real estate brokers, advisors, developers, service providers and end-users. A successful leader in this role will also provide leadership and expertise for the global facility operation
Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the company's real estate strategy aligned with overall business goals.
* Lead a team that manages property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management priorities.
* Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities to support business expansion and optimization.
* Negotiate lease agreements, property purchases, and partnerships to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
* Oversee the development and execution of property development and renovation projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure real estate plans align with operational needs.
* Monitor and manage real estate market trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Manage relationships with external partners, brokers, and vendors.
* Prepare and present real estate reports and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
* Direct management responsibility for corporate facilities.
* Matrix responsibility for global facility management. Position Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years business of corporate real estate investment, development, or consulting experience required.
* Proven experience in strategic planning, property acquisitions, leasing, and development for a large publicly traded company.
* Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in creating and evaluating real estate pro forma models.
* Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
* Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
* Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
* Experience with complex financial modeling and advanced excel-based formulas.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
* Proficient skill to analyze data and make recommendations to a diverse audience, both internally and externally.
* Aptitude to use critical thinking to directly and timely address and solve complex problems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; communicate professionally with external partners, including planning commissions/other government bodies, as well as internal teams of executives and colleagues.
* Familiarity with principles of real estate finance and real estate financial models. Required Education:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate Development, Finance or related field is required.
