Sr. Director, Operations - Electric Heat Location: Brentwood, Missouri (MO), US Building People that Build the world. Electric Heat is comprised of two businesses: Marley Engineered Products and ASPEQ Heating Group who are the marketplace leader in innovative electric heating solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial markets. With a portfolio that includes baseboard, wall, unit and infrared heaters as well as ceiling fans and air circulators, we create simplified heating solutions for our complex work. How you will make an Impact (Job Summary) SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As the Senior Director of Operations, you will lead and optimize operational excellence across our Electric Heat manufacturing business. This position has a strong focus on efficiency and scalability, and is critical to driving growth, improving processes, and ensuring profitability in a dynamic and evolving industry.
