Scheduling Specialist

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Scheduling Specialist to join our Cardiology team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Scheduling Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, building and maintaining patient appointment schedules in the Enterprise technical system (Epic). In addition, specialists will provide support to leaders, clinicians and scheduling staff on scheduling issues, guidelines, policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clinical/analytical experience including appointment scheduling and maintaining resource schedules required.
• Thorough knowledge of computer based applications including Microsoft suite products.
• In-depth knowledge of Epic maintenance.
• Strong customer service skills to support internal and external customers.
• Personal computer, telephone, fax machine, photocopier and printer.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30am to 5pm.
