Job Description

This position will be responsible for:

• Oversight of M&O contractor's project control system implementation.
• Tracks subproject performance relative to budget and schedule.
• Evaluates proposed baseline change proposals, evaluates project monthly reports for project controls-related sensitivities.
• Identifies emerging project issues based on evaluation of contractor data.
• Combine departmental and contract companies schedules and set up earned value tracking and resource tracking in the schedules.
• Prepare monthly reports on work accomplishments, SPI & CPI of the work performed.
• Monitor cost on a weekly basis and alert the CM of variances.
• Prepare estimates of work to be performed by the direct hire construction craft and load the Resources in the Project Schedule.
• Experience preferred - PowerBI or other data analytics tools including databases and dashboard development

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years field project controls engineering/construction oversight/monitoring
• experience on large (greater than $10M) construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera/P6, MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a DOE/NNSA "Q" Clearance.

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
