Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is looking to hire a Service Advisor
POSITION: Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is looking to hire a full-time main shop Service Advisor for their growing service department. Must have previous dealership experience. Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's descriptions of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system. All resumes received will be held in the highest confidence. REQUIREMENTS: Experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. CDK experience is preferred. Must have a focus on world-class customer service.
