The Regional Account Executive role will focus on selling to Physician Practices, Outpatient Clinics, Federally Qualified Clinics and other healthcare organizations as assigned. This quota-carrying role will focus on cultivating relationships with accounts that he/she has prospected or as assigned from marketing and lead gen team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:



  • Effectively prospectinto a defined territory base to generate interest in patient experience offerings.
  • Plan and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Actively manage entire sales process, running a full discovery, proposing a customized solution, contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., Product, Professional Services, Marketing, etc.) teams to stay up to date with product technologies and new features as well as competing technology that might affect customers.
  • Effectively document and maintain Salesforce data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Client Discovery - ability to understand a client's needs and challenges, assessing the fit for the solution(s), and building a foundation for successful engagements and a long-term relationship
  • Prospecting - ability to leverage multiple approaches to identify and schedule product demonstrations with potential customers
  • Consultative Selling - ability to engage prospects and clients in a relationship-driven sales approach by acting as a trusted advisor who seeks to understand the client's needs and challenges in order to provide tailored solutions
  • Sales Tool Management - utilization of sales enablement tools to support the sales process and improve overall client experience
  • Solution Design - analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions that meet the client's needs
  • Negotiation - ability to build a rapport with prospective customers and work through contracting and negotiation processes as needed
  • Communication - skills and abilities necessary to effectively convey and exchange information, ideas, and feelings between individuals or groups using various verbal and non-verbal methods to deliver messages clearly, accurately, and appropriately, while also actively listening and understanding the messages received



YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:




  • 2+ years experience in a sales role



  • Proven track record of success in sales and cold calling



  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or related field





IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:




  • Healthcare/Hospital industry experience strongly preferred



  • Experience selling SaaS software solutions



  • Experience with Salesforces and/or Gong a plus





IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately30days/quarter.
