Primary Purpose Sempra Infrastructure seeks an outstanding attorney with significant expertise in the energy industry, specifically midstream, commercial, and project development arrangements related to natural gas and LNG projects. The Sr. Counsel primary activity will be focus on commercial development of natural gas pipeline, storage projects, and related transportation transactions. This position will develop, coordinate, supervise, administer and provide negotiation support for complex legal services for Sempra Infrastructure, working closely with managers from various commercial areas. The position will require good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and consultants to ensure activities are conducted in an efficient manner with the highest level of skill and attention to detail. Work seamlessly with diverse teams in the U.S. and Mexico and have the ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and complete assigned tasks with minimal to no supervision. This position will interface with colleagues across Sempra Infrastructure offices in the U.S. and Mexico, as required and able. Duties and Responsibilities

HYBRID: Work a combination of onsite and remote days each week, typically 3 days per week onsite. Legal Full-time $185,200.00 $247,250.00 $309,300.00 Note: The Company strives to ensure that employees are paid equitably and competitively.
