Description
You will support the management of frontline areas, including Information Desks and the Surgical Waiting Area. The position involves greeting and checking in patients and visitors, providing directions, and assisting with information related to clinic locations and outpatient appointments. Staff members manage visitor check-ins using PassagePoint and Care Connect systems, ensure compliance with visitor management security protocols, and provide wheelchairs or other assistance as needed. In Maddie's Room, responsibilities include checking in visitors, assigning seating, and providing timely and confidential updates to family members. Staff proactively address visitor inquiries, maintain cleanliness, promote the use of physician consultation rooms, and ensure the area is used appropriately. The position also involves documenting visitor updates on the status board and tactfully managing visitor and employee conduct in the waiting area. Additional duties include maintaining a sanitized and organized workstation, conducting environmental rounds, ensuring supply stations are stocked, and managing lost and found items in line with established policies. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, proactive problem-solving, and participation in the training of staff and volunteers. Administrative support to the Hospitality Services supervisor and other duties as assigned are also part of this dynamic role. This is a part-time Salary Range: $29.42-42.14/hour Qualifications
