• Hours: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• Base Pay: $17.50 - $18.00/hour (Based on experience)
• 2nd Shift Premium: Additional $1.65/hour

We are hiring dedicated and detail-oriented Seal and Shelter Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble and crate rigid and padded seal and shelter products while collaborating with team members to meet production goals. • Review production schedules and job cards to determine assembly requirements.
• Perform foam padding and covering operations, including gluing foam pads and attaching hardware.
• Stretch and/or nail covers to boards and foam to secure materials.
• Measure and cut aluminum pipes for use in assemblies; transport materials as needed.
• Assemble shelters, including trimming wood angles and securing parts.
• Drill holes and attach metal corners to frames.
• Prepare finished assemblies for shipment, ensuring accurate sizing, labeling, and packing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

• Frequent standing and manual assembly work.
• Occasional walking, sitting, and reaching above shoulders.
• Activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required.
• Regularly lift and move items up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift/move heavier items (100+ lbs) with assistance.
• Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
