Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Milwaukee, WI

What You'll Do: ?? Assist with property management tasks, including leasing and renewals

?? Manage tax credit recertifications and delinquencies/collections

?? Handle accounts payable and leasing operations

?? Support the property management team in day-to-day functions

?? Use your Section 8 experience to manage my home, city, and county vouchers

What You Need: ?? Market rate background

?? Tax credit and Section 8 experience

?? Experience with recertifications and renewals

?? Delinquency/collections and leasing experience

?? Accounts payable experience (preferred, not required)

?? Lease-up experience (preferred, not required)
