As a Cook, you'll showcase your culinary expertise by skillfully preparing dishes that delight our guests. Your warm demeanor and dedication to exceptional service will help create a memorable dining experience. By understanding each guest's unique preferences and needs, you'll play a key role in crafting WOW moments that leave a lasting impression long after their visit. THE STARTING RATE: $19.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Develop and maintain expertise in food products while applying advanced culinary techniques. Safely operate and handle a variety of kitchen equipment. Ensure kitchen supplies and food items are restocked promptly for seamless service. Properly label and date all products to uphold freshness and sanitation standards. Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and precision in plate presentation. Collaborate with kitchen leadership and staff to ensure smooth execution of service. Prepare and maintain proficiency in creating base sauces, stocks, and soups. Work cohesively with the team to address guest needs and create exceptional experiences.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Skilled in cooking techniques, measurements, and precise portioning. Proficient with knives, knife skills, and a variety of kitchen equipment, including toasters, slicers, refrigerators, and more. Familiar with health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a spotless and secure workspace. Exceptional customer service and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and deliver a great dining experience. Has previous experience working as a line cook and/or in a food and beverage kitchen environment
