This position is full-time 40 hours per week/day shift Requirements: Associates Degree 2 years Case Management/Customer Service/Secretarial experience This position includes responsibility for special projects involving technology project planning and coordination, process improvement initiatives, healthcare facility remodeling and equipment planning. Recommends procedural and workflow changes when appropriate. Responsible for assigned programs/initiatives. Performs training of inpatient case management administrative support and provides oversight of their workflow. Performs Care Transition Assistant role when necessary. Provides clerical and administrative functions. Maintain the progress and mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximizes benefits, and restricts cost.
