About The Position:

Dotdash Meredith is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing to contribute to our enterprise brand and sales marketing from strategy to execution. Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Marketing, this role will be responsible for driving growth of Dotdash Meredith's enterprise brand across industry, trade, agency, and brand-direct audiences.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners to deliver programs and strategies that highlight DDM's unique value proposition through clear, persuasive sales marketing materials.

Hybrid 3x a week- New York, NY

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

About The Positions Contributions:

  • Lead the Enterprise Agency go-to-market process, managing delivery of ad sales marketing materials to support agency growth, from thought leadership presentations to proposals

  • Develop scalable, enterprise-level narratives and solutions that showcase DDM's unique value proposition: Iconic Brands, Scaled Audiences, and Superior Performance

  • Partner with Enterprise Agency sales team to understand agency partners' business priorities and provide strategic, value-driven recommendations

  • Curate and maintain the enterprise library of sales collateral, ensuring all assets are current, visually engaging, and aligned with the company's brand and messaging

  • Educate internal and external partners on the DDM story, value, and capabilities using fresh and creative communication methods

  • Start with insights, seeking out proprietary DDM data and insights and applying external research to offer value to our audiences and the market as a whole

  • Measure impact and performance of enterprise programs and apply learnings for future projects

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and inspiring

The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education:

N/A

Experience:

  • 4-5 years relevant experience at a publisher, platform, or agency; experience marketing to senior audiences a plus

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

  • Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills with an ability to execute visually impactful presentations (fluent in Google Slides, Powerpoint, and Keynote)

  • You're organized and an excellent communicator, who remains poised under pressure and can tailor messages for different audiences

  • You have an understanding of media landscape, platforms, brands, products, and trends

  • You are a true self-starter - provide proactive ideas, understand organizational goals, and move initiatives forward

  • You bring a positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail and presentation

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
