Overview Ready to shape the future of science and global health? ATCC, a leading nonprofit biological resources and standards organization, is seeking a Lead Biologist to work onsite in Manassas, VA. Experience in cell culture is required. We're looking for a Lead Biologist to support our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team. In this role, you will lead tech transfer efforts to manufacture and test biological materials and standards, ensuring the highest quality and reliability. You will oversee the production of biological cultures and derivative products, collect and record critical data, and provide training and guidance to your team. Manufacturing Operations: Maintain lab safety, operations, equipment, and supplies. Serve as the expert on the floor.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program. We Invest in You
