Warehouse Manager:

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for teamwork and operational excellence? We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Salary starting between $66-68k annually. This would be a swing shift with the availability to work nights and weekends. Looking for tradeshow and special event experience.

• Plan and oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring orders are prepped, picked, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Lead and train delivery teams and warehouse pickers, fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and inspect inbound and outbound orders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to route trucks effectively and ensure smooth deliveries.
• Facilitate weekly Operations/Sales calls to align teams and drive success.
• Handle delivery team calls and assist in resolving challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Oversee triage processes, inspecting and approving product quality before it hits the racks.

What You Bring:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate effectively and build a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Sharp attention to detail with strong planning and time management abilities.
• The ability to lift up to 75 lbs (because sometimes it's all hands-on deck!).
• A commitment to delivering exceptional results while upholding business ethics and customer relations.
