"I can succeed as a Lead Architect at Capital Group." As a Lead Architect in Data & Integration Architecture, you will serve as the technical domain expert on foundational data and integration technologies to better support our business partners and development teams. You will steer technology strategy direction, define target state architectures, roadmaps, and help build reference architectures/implementations. You will also be responsible for identifying and evaluating emerging technologies beneficial to this domain. You will play a significant role in mentoring and supporting architects and delivery teams on projects and initiatives across Capital. We work with our business partners and the rest of IT to plan, design, enable and mature the capabilities needed for Capital Group to accomplish our mission of delivering superior, long-term investment results and high-quality service. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
