Responsibilities
The Heritage Oaks Patient Enrichment Center, more commonly known as the 'HOPE Center,' is a newly constructed, state of the art, 16-bed, Psychiatric Health Facility, serving the acute psychiatric needs of the community in concert with the Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services. Visit us online at: https://sacramentohopecenter.com/ The Director of Clinical Services provides the leadership, strategic planning and effective management of the clinical services offered at the facility to support the delivery of quality behavioral health care and service to patients in the acute inpatient and outpatient setting. Assists the Administrator in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support and meet the needs of patients, the community and continued growth and to maintain and support compliance with the facility's performance goals and objectives. Maintains effective working relationships with Physicians, Director of Nursing, Administrator and line staff to ensure the delivery of optimal patient care. Benefit Highlights:

Minimum of one (1) year of LCSW experience required. Preferred two (2) year's experience in psychiatric/mental health field. Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the Board of Behavioral Sciences in the state of California.
