JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Innovation Ecosystem Research Assistant Opportunity Spring 2025 Objective Penn State's Impact Incubator is building an exceptional team of students from the colleges of Health and Human Development, Engineering, Business, Communications, and Arts and Architecture. This team will work to advance Penn State's innovation ecosystem across a diverse group of stakeholders. Research Assistant Description This research assistant (RA) position will be a hands-on and engaged experience with students from a variety of disciplines and skills collaborating to research, design, test, analyze and promote a process to advance flourishing, innovation, and entrepreneurship mindsets, skills, and behaviors. Students will be testing applied research theories and using a variety of measurement tools to analyze and refine our interventions. Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills are a required, as is a desire to be a contributing part of an innovation team. At the end of this part-time research assistant opening, students will have learned new skills, applied existing skills, positively impacted student life at Penn State, developed new friendships and professional relationships.
