As a Palletizer, you will ensure that our products meet company specifications and adhere to safety, legality, and quality standards. You will be responsible for stacking and building pallets, monitoring product weight and lot codes, and performing inspections for anomalies.

Responsibilities:



  • Stack and build pallets that contain finished Par Bake product.
  • Monitor appropriate weight of finished product cases and verifies proper lot code.
  • Must record accurate number of cases and lot codes on pallets containing finished product.
  • During Thaw & Serve production, Palletizer hand prepares cases and applies labels, hand packs. Palletizes cases according to proper configuration.
  • Must properly wrap and label pallets.
  • Perform inspection of finished product cases for possible anomalies.
  • Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
  • Rotate positions with the case packer.
  • May be required to take on additional responsibilities or roles based on the needs of the plant.



Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Experience in the food industry is preferred
  • One year related experience and/or training
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
