YOUR IMPACT:

The Global Account Management team enables the digital transformation of our most prestigious and global customers (Global Payments, BoNY and Truist) and provides solutions across the entire range of enterprise information management capabilities.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

  • Impacting the way our customers use information to grow faster and be more efficient in an increasingly Digital World.

  • Working with C-level leaders in some of the largest companies in the world and coordinate across business units and geographies within OpenText

  • Combining three domains of excellence - Sales, Business Consultative Capacity, and Leadership

  • Determine your KPIs by how you impact growth on a set of two accounts

  • Strategic in planning, coordinating and executing large complex solutions deals

  • Influencing and inspiring confidence with the virtual team composed with Account Executive currently working on the accounts

What you need to suceed:

  • Customer obsessed with a growth mindset

  • Result driven

  • Strategic thinker with consultative capacity

  • High communication skills

  • Experience of commercial and contractual negotiations with a complex set of customers with international reach

  • Expert knowledge in solution Value selling

  • C-level exposure (with high value for IT and business lines)

  • Experience of driving, shaping and executing large global deals

  • A track record of at least 10 years of B2B selling to large global customers

  • Cultural empathy

  • Experience of commercial and contractual negotiations with a complex set of customers with international reach

  • Intellectual curiosity, you can easily grasp new products and solutions, and bring the spirit of innovation to your customers

  • In-depth knowledge of your key competitors and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends

  • Completed post-secondary education (Bachelor's Degree) and a passion for continuous learning

  • Location is ideally for this position you live near your global customer's head office to enable frequent customer meetings
