Ronco is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect who will be accountable for ensuring the company's technology aligns with business goals.
Accountabilities Include:
- Providing technical leadership in the identification, selection and productization of products and services for the company.
- Creating and documenting proof-of-concept, pilot, and production infrastructures to successfully productize customer offerings.
- Recommending additions & improvements to the company's portfolio of products and services for existing and/or future offerings.
- Educating customers and colleagues in the architecture, design, implementation, operation and maintenance of products and services.
- Validating solutions from existing and prospective partners for technical feasibility & workflow enablement.
- Participating in creating business cases and models relating to company product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Supporting the annual strategic enterprise solutions plan in support of corporate strategy & objectives.
- Defining project deliverables including statements of work, risks, timelines, resources, and scope for enterprise solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintaining current knowledge of information technology developments, standards, and technology business requirements.
Requirements for Success:
- Ten years of cumulative experience in information technology, engineering, and/or solutions architecture.
- Data networking qualifications, including quality of service for real-time networks.
- Experience with server & application administration, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Expert-level experience working with call servers, endpoints, and soft clients.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction & ability to convey customer-focused solutions that are both cost-effective and bring high value.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.
- Basic math computation skills.
- Ability to maintain industry-recognized technology credential(s).
- Maintain a clean driving record

The expected salary for this position ranges from $123,000.00 to $174,000.00 base pay per year plus significant commission opportunity available.
This role may require you to meet vendor specific credentialing requirements to visit customer sites as a condition of your continued employment. These requirements vary based on the respective healthcare, educational, state, or federal customer and may include vaccinations, additional background checks, additional drug testing, and any other type of criteria as specified by the customer.
