SUMMARY As the HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders within the Renewal by Andersen Division, and provide professional HR advice, guidance, and support to relevant internal business groups with the objective of adding value across current and future business to enable business outcomes. This leader must enjoy a multi-faceted fast paced business while also having the ability to know when to slow themselves and others down to think both strategically and critically to move swiftly. This is a hybrid role requiring you to work some days on site and other days from other locations. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. COMPENSATION Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216-$153,784 At this time, we are not offering visa sponsorship for this position. In 2024 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
