Location: This position will be hybrid, with opportunity to work full remote after training as well as in our La Grange, KY office Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. As a Data Mining Analyst III within the Data Mining Group (DMG), you will take on a leadership role, driving large-scale data initiatives and developing strategies for effective data collection, analysis, and application. Your deep expertise in data mining techniques and advanced algorithms will enable you to extract critical insights from vast, complex datasets, including over $600 billion of medical data annually. These insights will directly inform business strategy and help optimize processes across the organization. In collaboration with senior management, you will work on high-impact projects, recommending opportunities and use cases that leverage data to solve business challenges and create new growth pathways. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding entry- and mid-level analysts, sharing your technical knowledge and fostering their professional development. Your role will also involve designing frameworks and processes to ensure continuous improvement in data operations, while leading cross-departmental collaborations to ensure alignment between data-driven insights and business goals. Process and Procedure Design: Design, refine, and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. What experience you bring (Role Requirements)
