JOB SUMMARY: Lewis Services seeks a strategic and results-driven HRIS Manager to oversee, support, and enhance the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Manager will drive and support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:



  • Strategic HR Technology Leadership:

    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the iCIMS ATS, driving change management and ensuring seamless adoption across all business units.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology roadmap, aligning tools and systems with the company's long-term strategy and growth objectives.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership, providing insights and recommendations on emerging HR technology trends and solutions.


  • System Optimization & Management:

    • Ensure optimal configuration, integration, and management of HR systems, including iCIMS, UKG, and other talent systems.
    • Oversee system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployment to ensure functionality aligns with organizational needs.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
    • Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of HR and projects.


  • Data Integrity & Advanced Analytics:

    • Establish and maintain processes to ensure accurate, clean, and compliant HR data.
    • Develop sophisticated reporting and dashboards to track KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
    • Leverage data insights to recommend strategies for talent retention, workforce planning, and operational excellence.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and integration of HR systems with broader business systems.
    • Partner with HR stakeholders to support company-wide initiatives such as open enrollment, compensation reviews, and talent acquisition programs.
    • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and manage system integrations and data flow issues effectively.


  • Project Management & Change Enablement:

    • Serve as the project manager for all HR system initiatives, driving timelines, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery.
    • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high levels of service and alignment with company needs.
    • Lead change enablement efforts to maximize user adoption and system efficiency.
    • Identify areas of improvement relating to systems, processes, and delivery of services with a goal of improving service availability and usability.


  • HRIS Governance & Security:

    • Design and manage HRIS security roles and permissions in collaboration with HR leadership to ensure data security and compliance.
    • Develop and document system processes, ensuring consistent practices and accessibility across the organization.
    • Promotes information security practices to meet the requirements of secure system, electronic commerce, and legislative acts.


  • Leadership & Innovation:

    • Mentor and guide HR team members in using HR systems effectively, fostering a culture of technological proficiency and innovation.
    • Stay ahead of HRIS trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to Lewis Tree Service.
    • Leads infrastructure/application/service projects based on the area of expertise
    • Interfaces with IT leadership during emergencies or unplanned events and helps prepare executive level communications.




REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of related experience. 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Required technical and business skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff, as appropriate, to communicate, and to process communications from others on technical changes.
  • Exemplary speaking and presentation skills
  • Proven success in leading HR technology projects, including ATS and HRIS implementations (iCIMS and UKG experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and HR system integrations, including APIs and vendor feeds.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR systems and data.
  • Experience in industries such as utilities, construction, or field operations is a plus.
  • Certifications in project management or HR systems (e.g., PMP, HRIP, SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable


TECHNOLOGY, EQUIPMENT & TOOLS:



  • Advance knowledge with standard office equipment i.e., computers, phones, scanner, fax, and copier.
  • Advanced with the Microsoft Office
