Plano, Texas About this opportunity: You would be pivotal in the success of organizational change such as changes to business processes, technologies, organizational structure, job roles and systems. As a Senior Change Manager, you would be required to identify, drive, support, and facilitate efficient and effective transformations and changes, from business needs and requirements to business results, delivering improved customer, operational and/or financial performance impact and required cultural changes. Your primary focus would be to ensure that organizational changes are implemented smoothly and successfully, while also minimizing negative effects and maximizing positive results. The role includes application of structured methodology and processes. You'll work closely with individuals, teams and leaders, expanding change initiative across the organization. What you will do:
