The Manager of Workday Systems oversees the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Workday systems to align with organizational goals. This role collaborates closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure system configurations align with departmental needs. This role evaluates emerging Workday features and third-party tools to enhance system capabilities, driving innovation and continuous improvement. Leading cross-functional teams, the Manager of Workday Systems delivers complex projects efficiently and with a strong focus on quality. Additionally, they maintain productive relationships with customers and vendors to optimize our use of the systems.

As a pivotal leader, the Manager of Workday Systems provides mentorship and guidance to a team of system analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer service. Additionally, they are instrumental in managing user access, enforcing data governance, maintaining compliance, and supporting change management initiatives to meet shifting business priorities.

Ideal candidates have proven expertise in supporting global ERP cloud systems, with a preference for Workday experience. They possess strong leadership skills, enabling them to mentor a diverse team and build consensus among stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.

5-10 years of experience in managing teams.

Expertise in supporting global ERP cloud systems for core HCM, payroll, or financial applications, with a preference for Workday.

Strong ability to interact with senior leaders and tailor communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
