This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The Sales Operations Project manager will manage the development and operations of special pack in-store merchandising designs from idea to execution. Ensuring on-time delivery of projects while effectively managing financial P&L budgets will be critical in this role. The right candidate will take an active role as Project Champion for all Trade Marketing Managed Display Projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget, within scope and perform well in the post project analysis. The Sales Operations Project Manager will lead all in-store display merchandising and 3rd party embellishment creation across an assigned Reckitt sales initiative, working in close coordination with the Cross Functional Team including Brand Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Portfolio & Product Managers, Category Supply Managers, Package Engineers and Finance.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:



  • Maintain current brand Display List and Club offerings, ensuring items meet GS and GM hurdles
  • Validate and challenge the initial display and club forecast with Sales and Trade Marketing and escalate high impact changes or forecasts that could result in major risk, as required
  • Act as liaison with Sales, Trade, Demand Planning and Custom Manufacturing, while managing display and club forecast change requests and order-to-forecast controls and communications
  • Execute proper item set up in all systems (MPL, FastSKU, Sales Intranet, SPT and all other down stream systems); and align on Advance Notice lead-time for each item
  • Own display artwork process including supplier rendogram, planogram, headers, high resolution assets, and blueprints
  • Ensure all milestones are met on display and club projects and manage the project within the MPL system through completion
  • Generate Display Spec Sheets with product attributes for CAMs sell-in with customers
  • Verify monthly Special Pack orders and initiate forecast rollover process with CAMs
  • Work with Demand Planning and Custom Manufacturing on long lead item place holder volumes when required
  • Recommend display and club discontinuations and initiate Step 1 discontinuation projects in MPL while managing obsolescence in collaboration with supply and trade partners
  • Prepare and Align reports and analyses with Demand Planning on S&OP display forecast accuracy for monthly meeting
  • Initiate and present post project analysis, comparing actuals to MPL targets
  • Set up and maintain active user profiles for US Hygiene Sales Intranet or other admin related functions as required

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Supply. Ideally 18+ months of strong or better performance within Reckitt
  • Proven strong leadership, self-motivated, and able to set direction for a project
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical and mathematical skills, ability to review data, draw conclusions and implement learnings
  • Very strong oral, written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functionally, working with a variety of personalities for solutions.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • General understanding of commercial functions (Marketing, Sales), project lifecycle, the retail environment, and Supply pipeline
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to become proficient in MPL, SPT, Sales Intranet, SAP

US salary ranges

USD $102,000.00 - $152,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
