As a Corporate Credit Administrator at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Credit Administration team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:



  • May include management of a team of Associates.
  • Assists Chief Credit Officer (CCO) with preparing timely reporting to Executive Management and Board of Directors. Assists in the overall administration of Credit Administration.
  • Design and manage comprehensive self-testing and quality control around Credit Administration key controls.
  • Coordinate multiple portfolio review processes. Ensures review processes are capturing targeted loans.
  • Timely completion of special projects as directed by the CCO. This may include ad-hoc reporting and portfolio analytics.
  • Maintain knowledge on FIS programs, UCC searches, Treasury Management products, loan boarding practices, and participation
  • Improve delinquent property tax and insurance reporting.
  • Learn new Baker Hill Underwriting platform and become a subject matter expert and resource to answer questions about the system.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and recommending changes to credit policies and procedures. Responsible for obtaining Board approval of revised and new policies, as well as annual reviews of policies.
  • Responsible for maintenance of underwriting templates and other internal documents. Update quarterly interest rate sensitivity analyses.
  • Coordinate periodic updates to Front-End Guidance.
  • Manage internal and external exams.
  • Manage vendor compliance.


What You Bring:



  • Proficient in various Microsoft software applications
  • Financial statement and tax return analysis
  • Lending activities and terminology
  • Commercial construction, real estate, and consumer loan processing; federal lending and compliance regulations
  • Bank lending policies

Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent from a four-year college. Required

Experience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred
5-7 years Experience and/or training of the equivalent combination of education and experience. Required
5-7 years Managed teams of at least three Associates Preferred
