Keep reading to find out more. Schedules available: 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am, Monday - Friday Pay: $18.50/hr. (plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd) Assembly Technician responsibilities: Assist in daily 5s and cleaning procedures. Assists others in obtaining solutions to quality and production issues. Other duties as may be required or assigned. Assemble, test, and inspect according to engineering drawings and test codes. Work with electrical and mechanical equipment. Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass the test. Maintain assembly and test equipment as required. Move material to and from the workstation by hand, cart, and crane as required. Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping. Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Candidates must have the ability to use tools and equipment necessary for assembly operations in an industrial setting. Strong listening and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well with others and contribute as a team player.
