HVAC Technician

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspections, repairs, and replacements for components such as belts, pulleys, condensate drains, compressors, motors, burners, and controls.
• Safely repair steam/hot water boilers and diagnose airflow and ducting issues.
• Ensure EPA-compliant refrigerant handling while addressing mechanical, electrical, and system failures (motors, compressors, condensing units, evaporators, circuit boards).
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting maintenance to keep facilities in top condition.
• Use technology to document work, submit reports, and manage administrative tasks.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely service, and positive client relations.
• Provide project estimates and perform additional duties as needed, ensuring adherence to company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification or experience in trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
• 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license with 5 years of HVAC/general maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
• Proficient in using handheld devices, document management software, and Microsoft Office to manage work orders and communication.
• Ability to travel locally between properties for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Strong adherence to safety policies and regulatory codes.
