Responsibilities

    Source talent through networking, social media, employee referrals, targeted searches and job boards
  • Strong capabilities in creating advanced Boolean search strands
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to the position requirements
  • Partner with By Light hiring managers regarding staffing strategies, market trends and talent acquisition
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to assist with scheduling interviews, phone screens and other taskings as it relates to talent acquisitions initiatives
  • Manage a workload of 10-15 requisitions and candidate activity within the iCIMS applicant tracking system
  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting by building strong relationships with candidates to be placed within By Light


Required Experience/Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience for technical positions
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent years of experience
  • Recruiting experience with third party staffing organizations/industry
  • Experience using web-based recruiting tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
  • Proven administrative and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to gain conceptual understanding of a wide variety of functional/technical/engineering concepts


Preferred Experience/Qualifications

  • Government contracts staffing experience is desired
  • Experience staffing IT and engineering projects supporting DoD customers requiring TS/SCI and above security clearances is desired
