Overview The Automation Tester II is a senior member of the team who plays a key role in evaluating software for automation needs, implementing scalable automation frameworks, and writing maintainable automation test scripts. This role involves leveraging modern development principles, such as modular design, reusable components, and data-driven testing methodologies, to ensure robust and efficient test automation. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of automation best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Maintain and enhance modular, scalable automation frameworks by leveraging SOLID principles, Page Object Model (POM), and Fluent API for intuitive and efficient test automation workflows.

The following skills are desired for this position:
Education/Experience: This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or relevant work experience. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze, and synthesize complex technical information. Experience with government and/or Department of Defense environments preferred.
Work Location: Work location will be in a Nakupuna Companies office 2 days on-site with a hybrid option. Clearance: A background investigation at the T3 level is required, as this is not currently a classified position. Must be a U.S. citizen. The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees. |
