The Sr. Manager, Business Operations is responsible for driving profitability and operational efficiency. This role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and process improvement to enhance overall business performance.

Eval Management

• Collaborate with Accounts (AT) and Product Group Business Development (BD), to meet the company's evaluation targets/metrics.
• Provide executives w/updates on eval goals and strategies by Account, Business Unit, and region, highlighting any discrepancies or necessary escalations.
• Utilize relationships and expertise to identify risks early and to mitigate or recover from these risks.
• Drive Quarterly Commit (QXR) review & provide guidance/support to stakeholders, as needed.
• Monitor eval movement and identify unexpected revenue surprises or identify opportunities.
• Drive CEA (customer evaluation approval process) enhancements to add efficiency

Korea and North America Commercial Deals Management

• Ensure forecast accuracy for commercial deals and packages, preventing unexpected revenue or margin impacts for the quarter.
• Provide guidance to business development, finance, and sales teams to identify and resolve issues with commercial deal structuring and content relative to customer-aligned agreements.
• Drive the business review cadence at each Quarterly Commit/Forecast Review (QXR).
• Establish best practices for monitoring package/deal performance and work proactively with stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Business Operations. Revenue experience preferred
• Proficiency with SAP ECC, CRM, and BOBJ
• Strong Excel (incl. pivot tables, formulas) and analytical systems (Power Pivot, Power BI) skills
• Ability to make informed decisions with limited information
• Excellent communication skills to drive stakeholders & work w/executive management
• Ability to execute tasks timely in a consistently fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with sound business judgment
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve business processes

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
