Assistant Program Manager, eCommerce Promotions

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The Assistant Program Manager, eCommerce Promotions is responsible for supporting the Promotions Program Manager in achieving sales targets through consistent coordination & quality execution of our promotions within North American digital commercial channels. By leveraging existing systems, processes, frameworks, internal operating models and communication channels this role will help support the Program Manager in achieving commercial sales targets and optimizing business performance.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Support the coordination of promotions with stakeholders across all Digital functions to ensure seamless execution.





  • Manage quality checks prior to promotions going live to confirm they have been setup according to plan.





  • Document issues and coordinate troubleshooting of promotion issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner while providing transparent communication to stakeholders along the way.





  • Assign and follow up on tasks assigned across all digital functions and stakeholders.





  • Leverage program templates to document key promotion information.





  • Setup meetings and coordinate presentation content to support Program Managers or Senior Program Managers.





  • Capture, share, and track meeting notes and action items.





  • Marketplace monitoring and competitive insights to inform commercial moments.





  • Fully own driving and coordinating small and/or low priority promotions or other ad hoc projects with oversight from Program Managers or Senior Program Managers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:




  • Self starter with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance





  • Ability to follow established processes and provide improvement suggestions





  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality work





  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills





  • Ability to quickly understand business and technical concepts





  • Proactive nature to stay ahead of assigned tasks and projects





  • Demonstrate a digital mindset and use technology to drive operational excellence





  • Passionate about project management and managing the coordination and status tracking of detailed tasks





  • Proficient in MS suite of applications including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel





  • Knowledge and experience with digital technologies such as eCommerce Platforms a plus





  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet a plus





Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

*3 to 5 years professional work experience, preferably with some experience in eCommerce, Digital, or Information Technology




  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of skills and experience





  • English language proficiency
