Overview

The Customer Security Assurance Analyst 2 is the point of contact for go-to-market related security and compliance inquiries while working closely with various internal teams and subject matter experts. This position is responsible for providing customers with assurance that the expected security controls and policies have been established within our organization and supports our customers that have specific compliance requirements of their third-party vendors. The Customer Security Assurance Analyst 2 works across the business to maintain security assurance content and improve processes to drive increased customer trust and accelerate sales.



What you will be doing

    Serve as a point of contact for security and compliance requests and responses by applying knowledge of our company's platforms and their alignment with privacy and security compliance requirements
  • Support and respond to customer inquiries including contributing to Request for Proposals (RFP) automating responses to customer security inquiries and diligence assessments
  • Support customer security and compliance audits by including but not limited to assisting customers during their security audits of the organization by providing necessary documentation and access to relevant security personnel and completing vendor risk assessment questionnaires requested by customers to verify the organization's security practices and controls
  • Assist with managing customer documents related to Security based Request for Proposals Security Addendums; analyze and interpret customer security and compliance requirements and align them with internal company policies and standards to provide customers with assurance of our company's security and compliance posture
  • Maintain knowledge base of security and compliance content and work with internal stakeholders to ensure our customer assurance materials remain up to date
  • Partner with the sales and support organizations to provide security assurance in the sales and contract renewal process
  • Engage with internal departments to analyze customer security requirements to influence product roadmaps
  • Apply knowledge of our company's platforms and understand how they map to privacy and security compliance requirements.


What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Compliance and/or Security
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and related assessments/certifications including SOC 2 HIPAA NIST CSF PCI HITRUST GDPR CCPA
  • 3+ years working and managing security/compliance questionnaires
  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
  • Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Good organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Good collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good facilitation and project management skill
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
  • Good data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation new ideas and design solutions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners
  • Good ability to develop and use engaging informative and compelling presentation methodologies
  • Good ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
  • Good ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good knowledge of systems administration
  • Good Knowledge of operating systems such as Saas
  • Good knowledge of Saas Operating systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and products
  • Good knowledge of Unix Operating systems
  • Native fluency in the foreign language (written/spoken)
  • Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $72,000-$90,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
