Job Description
Kearney & Company is hiring Oracle Asset Management Consultant to support the Air Force Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) program. The candidate will lead a team and provide end-to-end solution using the Oracle application. This involves hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle applications. The candidate will collaborate closely with clients, analyze their business requirements, and design comprehensive solutions to meet the requirements. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements, lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and perform fit/gap analysis of requirements
- Draft/Maintain comprehensive functional design documents as well as draft/maintain configuration workbooks
- Mentor junior resources and apply best practices for the Asset Management solution
- Collaborate with the functional, development, technical, and security team and clients to design end-to-end solutions using Oracle application
- Perform hands-on Asset Management configuration, testing, release management/deployment
- Identify, triage, and resolve issues and defects for Asset Management modules
- Conduct training materials review, functional issue triage and resolution support for Data Conversion, and client deliverable creation/management
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide daily reporting for status and impediments including escalating impediments
- Maintain daily communication with Product Owner
Qualifications
- Current Secret clearance (US Citizenship required)
- 5 years of experience within Oracle EBS Enterprise Asset Management
- 5 years of hands-on development and testing experience supporting Oracle Asset Management EBS implementations with Oracle EBS Financial Functional modules (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Purchase Orders) or Oracle EBS Supply Chain or Maintenance Modules
- Experience with Oracle EBS 12i Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICE) objects to develop objects, unit testing, and supporting break/fix efforts from test execution
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) and Oracle maintenance, supply chain, logistics, or financials modules
- Scrum Master certification

The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $140,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
