STV is seeking an experienced Architect who will support a critical Buildings project in the NY Metro area. The successful candidate must have experience with large projects in an urban environment and possessa minimum of 8 years' experience in Design Build Design Development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the Lead Architect related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower and discipline requirements.
  • Day to Day follow up
  • Coordination with other design disciplines.
  • Coordination as needed with LEAD Certificate leader and Sustainability Professionals.
  • Coordination with environmental and Safety & Security / Certificate of Compliance requirements
  • Engage with Contractor and Procurement
  • Client meetings and lead technical discussion conversations
  • Elevate topics as needed to Design Managers
  • Provide necessary updates during weekly management meetings
  • Review internal Cost reports with PMO teams, track budgets, run rates, task accountability, and spend.
  • Manage change orders, T & M records and provide updates to scheduler on progress'
  • Managing project contract's terms and conditions.
  • Participating in, or leading project-specific marketing, proposal preparation and presentations.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university. Registered architect (RA)
  • Must have a minimum of 8 years' experience
  • Experience working in the private sector and with Public/Private Partnerships
  • Heavy design leadership, Project controls and performance management experience.
  • Experience managing complex budgets.
  • Proven experience leading successful profitable projects.
  • Experience with entire life cycle from proposal through design and construction.
  • Strong business acumen, with analytical and budgetary management skills.

Compensation Range:

$91,314.21 - $121,752.28
