Position Summary:

The Physical Therapist, specializing in Rehab Post Acute, is responsible for:

Providing evaluation, program planning, and treatment of patients referred to Physical Therapy.

Documenting evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.

Educating patients, families, hospital staff, and students.

Participating in the enhancement of the profession, the facility, and personal development through quality care, clinical research, and education.

Ensuring all patients reach their maximum potential through quality care and collaboration in medical management.

Education:

Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program.

Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:

Current State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.

AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification.

Experience:

At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.

Experience in an outpatient setting.

Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program.

Salary Range: Minimum 51.00 per hour - Maximum 51.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
