Overview Manages, analyzes and administers compensation programs that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement. Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of variable compensation programs. Advises managers on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines. Participates in compensation surveys and conducts analysis to ensure pay equity across the organization.
