SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure we attract and hire the best candidates in a timely and efficient manner.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and support the organization's workforce planning.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct background screenings, and any other necessary pre-employment steps.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring activities.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine job descriptions.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in employer branding activities to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices and suggest improvements to enhance the recruitment process.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in recruitment or HR.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Strong interviewing skills and experience in assessing candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices (preferred).



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
