Position Summary: The Investment Relationship Coordinator supports sales and implementation of individual and small business investment solutions. This professional is a motivated, excellent communicator who is detail oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work with the Investment Officers handling client requests and new accounts, as well as a focus on retaining assets as a part of a high performing team. This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines up to one day per week upon completion of onboarding. Essential Functions:
- Provide excellent proactive customer service for all investment clients. Work alongside and support Investment Officers in monitoring existing and onboarding all new accounts.
- Proficient understanding of IRS regulations and ability to effectively communicate on Traditional IRA's, Roth IRA's, Inherited IRA's, SIMPLE IRA's, SEP IRA's and basic investment knowledge.
- Complete administrative duties and account opening for all RPS IRA accounts. Acts as point of contact for incoming rollover inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate the execution of legal documents and maintain documents to ensure account files are complete and in compliance with bank policies.
- Execute all daily transactions including contributions, distributions, fees, transfers and general account maintenance. Facilitate ACH transactions and monitor cash report for overdrafts and uninvested funds.
- Prepare monthly asset and new account reports for UBT and Ameritas Investment Company compliance reports as well as mutual fund performance and fact sheets Assist Investment Officer in preparing individual account review materials.
- Assist Investment Officers establishing new SIMPLE IRA plans, preparing enrollment materials and conducting individual education meetings.
- Collaborate with RPS Client Services team to facilitate rollovers and provide terminated participants with investment options.
- Coordinate all Ameritas Investment Company account operations via Docupace and Wealthscape.
- Assist in processing and monitoring mutual fund and stock trades for RPS sub accounts clients with alternative brokers and self-directed accounts.
- Participate in ongoing education and training for product knowledge and IRS updates.
- Coordinate training and cross training with the Administration team to provide backup.
- Provide customer service for incoming Docusign and maintain all links and form regulatory updates as required.
- Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
- Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
- Image all accounts and correspondence and perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years IRA, investment operations or brokerage experience required.
- Two or four-year college degree preferred
- Strong understanding of all types of IRA accounts and regulations preferred.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Products, DocuSign and working with other financial software.
- Research and problem-solving skills preferred.

Working Environment: Indoor work not exposed to outdoor elements or hazards. Sedentary work, occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 20 pounds.
