Job Title: Business-to-Business (B2B) Collector Work Location: On Site at Easton TownCenter (hybrid once fully trained) Position Summary: A B2B Collector is sought to join a dynamic team in a contract-to-hire capacity. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and a focus on customer service, with experience in business-to-business collections or a background in customer service complemented by some collections experience. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to facilitate timely collections. Collaborate with sales associates to support collection efforts and resolve outstanding balances. Ensure accurate records and maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the collections process. Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures. Training and Tools: Comprehensive two-week training provided at the start of employment. Utilize Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel. Heavy usage of Excel is required for reporting and analysis tasks. Qualifications: Prior experience in B2B collections or customer service with collections exposure. Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
