The Job Responsible for capturing and translating business and technical requirements into detailed software specifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various IT systems and platforms. Additionally, the position facilitates collaboration between stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to support issue resolution, system enhancements, testing, and the successful implementation of initiatives within an Agile framework. You Will
- Effectively work with business stakeholders, including but not limited to Network management, Network administration, Provider data management, portals, to capture functional and technical requirements with the understanding of the IT landscape in order to produce software requirement specifications and integration transformation and translation mappings in a variety of formats, including but not limited to: Business Process and/or Data Flow Models, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Requirements traceability matrix and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, as required.
- Coordinate with IT departments, end users and vendors on new requests, open issues, issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal and/or external teams and team members to identify and develop written requirements and recommendations for required and/or desired design, functionality and usability changes in order to meet customer, stakeholder, and organizational needs.
- Support Digital Operations with coordination, testing and implementation of Provider systems and other digital assets.
- Responsible for identification, tracking, reporting, and timely resolution of issues and active management of open tickets.
- Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and initiatives for any/all channels including portals, omni-channel communications and other initiatives and enhancements.
- Lead and/or assist with developing comprehensive test plans/ test scripts/ test data and completion of comprehensive testing of changes, enhancements and issue remediation.
- Coordinate testing efforts with offshore test team, internal users and/or vendor as needed. As needed, conducts testing according to the test plan. Provides deep level of validation for deliverables of technical products or initiatives from development team.
- In conjunction with Technical leads, support implementation of the project lifecycle process by following SDLC to ensure efficient and effective platforms for our business. Explain gaps and technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Maintains positive relationships with business, IT and Vendor by proactively setting expectations, coordinating information exchange and regularly keeping them informed of progress and risks.
- Knowledge and experience working in SAFe Agile framework with knowledge and participation in various scrum ceremonies, collaborating with multiple IT team members and business product owners, product managers and business owners.
- Develop system documentation as necessary including; user flows, data/systems flows, technical design documents, functional design documents, storyboards, wireframes, workflow analysis, data analysis, training materials, environment diagrams and other system-specific artifacts.
- Act as primary liaison to vendors for day to day activities as well as issue resolution.
- Responsible for adherence to release management plan regarding defects, enhancements, and change requests.
- Follows Enterprise Applications department guidelines, protocols, tools, and processes.

- Preferred, but not required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of experience
- 7+ years of related experience
